Thank you for choosing Artistico Music Academy for your music tuition needs. By enrolling in our music programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Terms
- Music Tuition: Artistico Music Academy offers lessons in a variety of instruments, including Piano, Guitar, Drums, Vocal Training, Music Production, and Songwriting.
- Lessons: Tuition is provided in person or online, depending on the student's preference and availability.
- Eligibility: Our programs are open to all individuals of any skill level. There are no auditions required to join.
2. Payment Terms
- Monthly Payment: Tuition fees are due at the start of each month and must be paid before the end of the month to continue receiving lessons.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods. Details for payment will be provided at the time of enrollment.
- Late Payment: If payment is not received by the end of the month, access to lessons will be suspended until payment is made.
3. Cancellation and Notice Period
- 30-Day Notice: To discontinue lessons or cancel enrollment, a 30-day written notice is required. This notice must be submitted via email or through our online platform.
- No Refunds: There will be no refunds for payments made prior to cancellation. The last month’s tuition fee is still due unless proper notice is given.
4. Scheduling and Attendance
- Lesson Scheduling: Lessons must be scheduled in advance, subject to the availability of instructors. Students are responsible for attending their scheduled lessons.
- Absences: If a student cannot attend a lesson, they must inform the academy at least 24 hours in advance. Missed lessons without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respect: Students and instructors are expected to treat each other with respect. Disruptive behavior, including offensive language or inappropriate actions, will not be tolerated.
- Punctuality: Students should arrive on time for their scheduled lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson or rescheduling, at the discretion of the instructor.
6. Media and Content
- Student Performances: With prior consent from the student or parent/guardian, Artistico Music Academy may record and share student performances on platforms such as YouTube, social media, or the academy’s website.
- Ownership: All content created by students (e.g., music, videos) during lessons remains the intellectual property of the student, but Artistico may use the content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
- Waiver: Artistico Music Academy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the lessons or events. Students participate at their own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
Artistico Music Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to all enrolled students, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon notice.
